I am using a hp pavillion 15 cs3xxx according to my direct x runtime diagnostic tool. It has 16 gigs of ram, 1tb hdd, intel core i7 1065G7 (15 watts), an nvidia mx 250 (25watt version) (id13), insyde as the bios version and F.15 as the bios version.
I have been using my laptop normally just to play some fortnite and need for speed payback. The games all run smoothly and I enjoy the experience. The problem is that let's say I get tired of the game or I want to move my laptop from one place to another and I unplug the charger after closing the game, everything is still good and obviously I would not open the game or leave it open on battery because it would lag. In the process of moving, I unplug the charger and take it to another place plug it back in and start playing the same game again the game becomes stuttery and laggy even while plugged in and it was just something I closed seconds ago. Like just a quick unplug and plugin of my charger would make all these laggy sequences start again (I do not do that with my laptop it is just an example for to make you understand how my problem works). I'd then have to restart the whole laptop before it is normal and that is not just ok because it is very hard to reboot an hdd. I have tried monitoring in game differences to see whether it is a drop in electricity, but it is not. While under heavy load the CPU draws out 15 watts and 15.2 watts at max. When I also unplug the charger or there is a black out and I replug the charger and the whole laggy experience starts again it is still also using 15 watts and 15.2 watts at max. I've tried cooling and it is not the problem. I am trying to access the advanced bios to see if there is anything to fix this. I would also know how to access the advanced settings for my bios because of other things I want to do too. I'd also like for you to tell me the solution for this problem too.

Thank you for the reply, but the bios versions are different. I'd already seen this video before. Plus I'd also like to answer my first question please, I really need the answer to the first question (not trying to be rude or anything). His bios is also version f.16 also be insyde vendor and mine is version f.15 also by insyde vendor. Is there a way to also go back in bios versions since his video is not working for me.

Hi, @Ayei can you find a space in your room or office or wherever you use your laptop that you can dedicate as a workstation for your laptop. It is obvious that the continuous unplugging of the charger and changing positions are affecting the health of your laptop. So it is best to find a stable workstation so you can preserve the life of your PC.

Thanks for the advice but I'm more of a student, so moving is inevitable. Also it's not like as if one second I unplug the charger and then next second plugging it back it's more of like I'd use the battery to like 75% then plugin again. (I'm also in Africa specifically Nigeria. So, blackouts are almost impossible, since I'm a university student with different lecture halls, break times and the fact that other teachers also have to use the class I definitely do have to move.) In addition I'm young too. Thank you for the advice, really appreciate it.
