I unknowingly system Rebooted my HP stream by holding the power button and didn't know that that's what I was doing. I thought my computer screen was broken or something because of the way it flashed and now I'm unable to start up the computer the way it was and I'm wondering if there's any way to stop this process and just have it go back to the main screen so that I don't lose any of the installed systems on my drive

What you did was force a Hard Reset -- and the problem is that the Stream can not do a Hard Reset because the internal "drive" is too small to hold the working files needed, even if you were to remove everything except the OS.
In addition, instead of an SSD or an NVME drive, the Stream has a memory stick configured to work like a drive -- but it is soldered to the motherboard and can not be removed or replaced.
There is no way to export or transfer the existing programs on the Stream without it working fully.
If you were to spend money and install an app on another PC and use that to make a USB stick to boot the Stream, and even presuming that would work, all you could do is retrieve your data files -- and even that presumes that the forced Reset did not corrupt the drive, which it probably did.
