Product: HP ZBook 14 Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone!
I have an HP Zbook 14 G1 with an unknow BIOS Administrator password. I can't make any BIOS change and unfortunately the product warranty has already expired so I've been unable to contact HP Support for help. I would like to know if HP can actually help me overcome this in any way or is it a dead end?

The computer has not been stolen and I would be glad to provide any other info needed to overcome this issue.

For that model you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.
