Product: Spectre Laptop, model: 13 ac-092ms
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When powering up my laptop I get a black screen with blue error box message asking,  "Enter Admin Password or Power On Password."

After three tries of failed password attempts error msg:
