That is a Disable Code but we're not permitted to provide Disable Code bypasses anymore.
Passwords can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
I actually did more research, and after the 3rd attempt you get a disable code, which than you enter it into a biopass adjustment on google and HP sends you a reset password. But now I have a 301 harddrive code its throwing and will be getting into that tomorrow. Thanks.
