Hi I was wondering if someone could help me. I have an Hp stream notebook model number 11r015wm. I yried to do a factory reset and it has messed my laptop up. First it was asking for a admin password/ disabled code. I got the code from someone here in a furom. that part worked. But now It goes to start up and shows the HP symbol then it goes black. Then after a few seconds it goes to start up again and then goes black again. A constant cycle. Do you have any advice here?
