When I turn on my laptop it asks me for the administrator password or power on password and I have no idea what it is. After 3 attempts I get a system disabled 71371754 message. I watched a video on YouTube statimg there is some link in this message that will allow me to change the password, but I have no idea how to access that link since all I get is the password request and then the error messages. How can I get past this so that I can upgrade the software ony laptop? My warranty has expired since I have had this laptop since 2012.
