I HAVE my administrator password and put it in the computer when asked, however, it is asking for this password every time my computer restarts. How do I get out of that loop? I am trying to set this computer up for a new employee and I cannot keep having to enter the bios password. What do I need to do to make it stop requiring the administrator's password every time?

You're mixing terms -- which makes it hard to understand the issue.
BIOS password is used to enter the BIOS/UEFI settings, not to boot into Windows.
Admin password is used to boot into Windows, not to boot the PC itself.
There is also a power-on password that is used to protect the internal drive and that has to be entered in order to boot the PC.
Some company IT orgs combine all three into a single password -- to simplify their password management role.
If you're being presented with a password every time you boot, and this does not appear to be on a Window login, then the last thing has been done -- and we have no way to assist you in this. You have to take it to the folks who set the password in the first place to get it changed.
