Administrator password during power on

My laptop keeps asking for administrator password while power on. Laptop is 4 years old and long i remember ,i havent set any password to power on. Its frequency of asking password is not constant but whenever it asks i stuck. I try to enter password but now is shows that sysyem is disabled[i 78014984].Any help leads to troubleshoot would be appreciated.
