Example: HP 15 rt32wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can someone please help me? My laptop's (HP 15 rt32wm) keyboard stopped working and won't let me login. I tried to get in to BIOS, but it's asking for an administrator password. I don't have a clue what it is. PLEASE HELP!

Enter wrong password 3 times or just leave blank and tap Enter 3 times. You will get a system disabled message with a Halt code. Post that halt code here to get a passcode.

Thanks so much. Unfortunately, there's a horrible virus on my computer, so I've had to reset it back to factory settings. I appreciate all of your help though.
