HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV)

Hi,

I recently updated my HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV) from Windows 10 to 11. After updating my PC suddenly goes to BIOS mode and asks me to enter the Administrator password/ power-on password which I never set. I tried to contact HP support but as my warranty period ended, they refused to help with this issue. I have seen several posts on this HP community platform. Most of these issues are answered as "you can't post anything here which will breach the security". They also advised me to Contact HP. My questions are if I try to contact them they are not helping me. On the other hand, we can't post anything here because of security. Then what should I do?  More importantly, why we should suffer when we never set this administrator password?  Is there any default any administrator/ power-on password when we buy the HP laptops?

Thank you.
