Administrator password or power on password

Estaba actualizando mi PC y cuando la volví a encender apareció una pantalla azul que dice "Enter administrator password or power on password". Después de buscar un poco me di cuenta que después de hacer varios intentos te dan un código (el mío es "¡ 94162241") pero al ingresarlo en la página , dónde se supone que me dan el codigo, ninguno de los códigos que me dan funcionan
