Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help with this notebook that needs a master code to continue.

when I boot it says error 502 corrupt or not recognised cmos. then it reboots and asks for administrator password or power on password. (there was no password set) after 3 failed attempts it says System disabled { i 71129620 } can anyone help with a master code to unlock this notebook Please ??? Ive also used HP Bios utility to flash the bios again it was successful but still does not sort the problem ??
