Hi:

 

Do you need a Windows administrator password?

 

If so, unfortunately we cannnot help you with that.

 

The easiest thing to do would be to reinstall W10 and start fresh.

 

If you need a power on password, or BIOS password, enter any password 3 times, and the PC should generate a system disabled code.

 

Post the code that you receive including the small letter 'i' if it has one.

Unfortunately, we can't provide an unlock code for a hexidecimal system disabled code.

 

You will have to contact HP technical support for further assistance.
