Product: Notebook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please I have Hp Notebook 15. I have been seeing error this error message "Administrator password or power on password". I checked from the internet and tried changing the CMOS battery. But upon changing, the error keeps appearing. Please can you help with the password.
