Hello,

I need to change memory settings following an upgrade, can you please make a bios upgrade available for us to be allowed to carry out these upgrades?

You replaced the modules with DDR4 3200MHz RAM such as the system comes with?

Yes, Ive upgrade to 16GB Kingston Fury Impact and CPU-Z coming back with wrong Mhz setting?

Very disappointed with lack of reply to this issue, When I purchased this £ 800+ laptop it said it was upgradeable which I took to be fully changeable with bios once components changed etc!

If I’d known this from the start, I would have purchased a proper brand, to be lockout of advance bios which is a standard feature sounds illegal and I will fully investigate the legal aspect of this.
