Hey i have ab HP15 Notebook PC Ryzen 5 2600U with 8gb of Rams that are supossed to be 2400MHZ
the issue is the speed is limited tp 1200MHZ which is waaay slower (i tried optimizations and power profiles the issue is not there) i figured out this limitation using ram monitoring apps like MSI afterburner so is there please any method to bypass this limitation i've been thinking of unlocking Advanced settings in bios (Like in old HP models) and enable XMP profile or something to remove this limitation.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Actually, your RAM is running exactly at 2400 MHz: the "1200 MHz" you mentioned is the dual channel speed -meaning x 2, which is 2400 MHz.
For example, my RAM runs at 2666 MHz (the maximum allowable RAM speed for an i9-9900KF), as illustrated here using the freeware utility program Speccy:
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
