Product: HP Notebook - 15-ay525tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Recently I had updated the Bios from the HP site which had a newer date.
Laptop specs : Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3710 @ 1.60GHz
BIOS
vendor :Insyde
version F.50
date 11/20/2020
After the updation the Bios date remained the same and has not changed. When I try to enable Virtualization and boot, the screen goes black and I feel activities are happening inside and even the keyboard I can enable/disable Numlock etc. But the screen remains black till I disable the virtualization and reboot and things are back to normal.
I need help/advise on how to resolve this issue.
Please note that when I try again to reinstall or update the Bios it extracts the file and the Computer Hangs. Not possible for updation now.
Please advide. Thanks.
