You need to run the startup repair as described here

To get into the startup repair you need to basically turn your system off and on within about 2 minutes

1 Press and hold the power button on your PC until it powers off.
2 Press the power button on your PC to turn it on.
3 Repeat steps 1 and 2 above until you see the Windows logo screen,

Follow instructions in the top link.

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.

Thanks but the startup repair didn’t work. The product ID is 66Z33UA#ABA. I appreciate any additional help or advice.

You have cloud recovery based on your product ID

If desired, you can restore your pc to factory conditions by going here and using a 32gb flash USB.

I assume you may want to save documents or important files on your PC.

Tap the ESC key after powering on to run diagnostics.   Run at least one pass through memory and disk.  If the disk is bad then replace the drive and use the factory restore above.

If the disk is good then try a repair install of windows as discussed in "method 5"

https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/repair-windows-10

except use windows 11 get it here

make sure you select the option of repair and to preserve documents.

You may want to try method 1, the "system restore" before method 5

If you have trouble getting into those blue diagnostic menus then use the win11 mentioined earlier and select repair instead of install.
