@Renee2021 -- if you drop a cup or a plate on the floor, it will crack and/or break.
If you drop your computer on the floor, you can also break it, as you have proved.
Hire a computer technician to trouble-shoot. It might be something simple (for them), or it might be almost as expensive to replace some parts as it would to replace the computer. The technician can diagnose, and then should give you a cost-estimate for any "complex" repair.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
