My laptop was purchased Feb 2020. I have Windows 11 (upgraded from Windows 10 quite a while ago). The following updates were done today:
2023-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5029263)
2023-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5028948)
HP Inc. - Firmware - 15.28.0.0
Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Bluetooth - 1.8.1027.3000
Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - USB - 3/15/2018 12:00:00 AM - 10.0.16299.31241
Realtek - LAN - Realtek USB FE Family Controller
Shortly after this, windows crashed 3 times within a short time period, and various sites using Firefox is extremely slow. Using Chrome did not seem to be any better.
The next crash was about 30 minutes later (just now).
The error message flashed so fast, I could not see what it was.
Any idea if it was the firmware update? And what to do to fix?
Thanks!
