Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D6AV)
When I reboot my mouse response is extremely slow for about 15min.
keyboard and touch screen seem fine.
it’s like something is hogging memory but nothing looks wrong in task manager. Could and process memory are the same.
Help please, so annoying.

Don't know that we can do anything -- but need to know if the mouse is BlueTooth, Wireless, or Wired. And also, what OS you are running -- Win10 or Win11.
Asking because HP has links to mouse diagnostics I can provide you.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
