Product: HP Pavilion 15-b142dx Sleekbook

I have a 15-b142dx Sleekbook. After the motherboard was replaced, I get "info programmed into system board is missing or invalid" message on start up. When I went to system info to retrieve the syst .board ct #, i noticed the model, product and serial #' are blank. How do I correct this?

Did you have HP replace the motherboard? I'm guessing not.

 

IF that is the case, you will have to contact an HP Service Center to have them make the changes needed for this -- and they will charge you for doing that.
