Hi, recently I decided to try Windows 11 on my pc by upgrading and following all the steps suggested by Windows. Once installed and started I noticed some big video display problems, so I decided to downgrade to Windows 10. I run it, reinstall the drivers and start the various updates offered automatically for the operating system, I put the pc in sleep mode but when I go to restart this does not wake up. Thus it begins to behave in this way, the power LED lights up, the pc emits startup noises, after 2 seconds the pc shuts down by itself, and the behavior repeats itself indefinitely. Unfortunately I was not able to restart it with any method proposed online, do you have any idea that it could work?
Thanks for any help.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer if you are able to boot up the notebook with a USB flash drive would be to see if you can factory reset the PC with recovery media you create with the HP cloud recovery tool.
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool with another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

Since you have to install the recovery tool on another PC, after you launch it, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window to proceed.
Your PC's product number is: 4XW56EA#ABZ

Thanks for the fast reply.
Unfortunately the pc is stuck in this situation and I'm not able to start it alone or with a usb recovery tool device.. There's no other way to recover from this situation? Do you have any idea for the cause of this problem?
Thank you.

Thanks anyway Paul for the help.
Finally after several days of unsuccessful attempts I decided to take it to an assistance center. I was told that this situation was caused by a damaged RAM, once replaced the pc restarted and worked correctly for several hours. At one point I put the PC in stand-by and since then it hasn't been able to restart again, presenting the problem explained in the previous messages. Tomorrow I will bring the pc back to assistance hoping that they will be able to find out the real problem.
