It worked! I am writing to you from my laptop! Thank you so much for your help.
I was a bit worried, because after it did reboot and that I was back on Windows 10... I took away the FlashDrive to reboot the computer and won't reboot without the FlashDrive. So I rebooted again with it. And since I can reboot without.
You helped me so much to stay calm and focus and to maintain hope. Thank you so much for it. I owe you one!
The HP Support Assistant on the computer stopped to tell me about drivers updates since months. I found it strange and had to look for them on the Intel site and the HP site... Last year, everything would be done automatically. Is there a problem with the Assistant?

Not my area of expertise, but then nothing is.
My understanding is that more updates/upgrades are going to be delivered via MS, and therefore the need or requirement for HP lessens. But that is a guess.
Otherwise I can now how out.
