I've removed the 

8 GB DDR5-4800 MT/s (1 x 8 GB) Transfer rates up to 4800 MT/s. 1 x 8 GB from my all in one and installed a new 

Crucial RAM 16GB DDR5 4800MHz CL40 Laptop Memory CT16G48C40S5

during power up it's crashing.

Can anyone help me.

Please put the old back and check what it is using a tool called CPU-Z. For example

 

        840 RAM.png

 

Please do not use "fancy" RAM, wasting your time and money.
