Hello, I bought new Laptop Omen 16, after one week first row of my keyboard start not working. So I can not do nothing with the Fn Key and without it, the first row just does not work and escape key also. Why is that?
The laptop is working perfectly and has not be fallen before. Please help!

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
If the keys fail during diagnostics then there is a hardware defect.
Click here to check warranty
and
Click here for world-wide contact info
If the function keys work during diagnostics then a problem with windows drivers.
