Hi  @ivict

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out and for providing the details of the issue. I understand that after creating a master image , you're seeing a "Class not Registered" pop-up every time Windows 11 loads when Secure Boot is enabled, while the message does not appear when Secure Boot is disabled. I'll be glad to help you look into this.

To better understand the situation, could you kindly share the following details?

  • Is this issue occurring on one device or multiple devices deployed using the same cloned image?
  • Could you kindly share a screenshot of the exact error message?
  • Does the issue occur for all user profiles or only specific users?

In the meantime, kindly try the following steps:

1. Check for Corrupted System Files

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:

sfc /scannow

Once completed, run:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Restart the PC and check if the message persists.

2. Verify Startup Applications

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  • Select the Startup tab.
  • Disable any non-essential applications.
  • Restart the device and check if the pop-up still appears.

3. Check Event Viewer

  • Press Windows + X and select Event Viewer.
  • Navigate to:
    • Windows Logs > Application
    • Windows Logs > System
  • Look for errors appearing at the same time as the pop-up message.

4. Update BIOS and Drivers

Since the behaviour changes when Secure Boot is enabled, kindly ensure that:

  • The BIOS is updated to the latest available version.
  • All chipset, graphics, and security-related drivers are installed from HP Support.

You may use HP Support Assistant to check for available updates.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
