Product: HP ProBook 4540s Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
 
The moderator told me to "Contact HP support in your region."
I'm a bit confused. That's exactly what I was trying to do from the beginning.
My region is Ukraine. From my local support page, I've been redirected to the English-speaking forum because there is no other.
How can I solve that issue remotely?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, HP will not help you recover or remove a BIOS password.

 

They will advise you to replace the motherboard.
