Hey HP Community.

Does anyone by chance know how to turn on Advanced Settings for my BIOS thats the following:

- InsydeH20 Rev 3.5

- BIOS Version: F.47

- Vendor: Insyde

I tried turning on Advanced Settings for my BIOS by finding youtube tutorials on how to but there really isn't any hope to since there's barely any tutorials for my Bios that I'm sort of thinking that my BIOS doesn't feature Advanced Settings

Hi @JS84O8,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Insyde f.47 is a firmware version used in various computers, including some HP laptops. The process for turning on advanced settings may vary depending on the specific model of the computer, but here are some general steps you can try.

  1. Reboot your computer and press the F10 key repeatedly to access the BIOS settings.
  2. Once you are in the BIOS settings, look for an option called "Advanced" or "Advanced Settings." This option may be located in a different tab or menu depending on your computer model.
  3. If you don't see an "Advanced" option, look for a "System Configuration" or "Security" tab that may contain the advanced settings.
  4. If you still can't find the advanced settings, you may need to enable them by entering a special key combination. Try pressing the "Ctrl + Alt + F3" keys simultaneously. This may enable additional options in the BIOS settings, including the advanced settings.
  5. Once you have accessed the advanced settings, you can make changes as needed. Be careful when making changes in the advanced settings, as they can affect the performance and stability of your computer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Hey,

Pressing CTRL + ALT + F3 at the same time at the BIOS somehow doesn’t work for me. Do you by chance know another way or tell me how to do it again?
