In recent months, the laptop has been working quite slowly, so I have tried all the conventional solutions I know to fix it. My SSD is only half full, but when I enter Task Manager, CPU and Memory are almost always at 100%. At first I suspected a virus, tried everything with Microsoft tools, then I subscribed to Kaspersky, but apparently everything is clean. Although, when I turn on the Microsoft Safety Scanner, I can see during its operation that about 30 files are infected, but at the end the report states that everything is OK and that there was no need for any action. To cut a long story short, the problem is that I noticed that the virtualization service, or whatever it's called, is not working, but when I tried to enter the BIOS settings, I was asked for the administrative password. And that was the end, I didn't know what and how.
My laptop is HP Pavilion 15-cs0007nm, all other data you can see in below from PrtSc.
