HP Recommended

This morning, I was requested to restart my HP desktop for a system upgrade. The message was purported to come from HP Bios and contained the usual message to not power off the computer while the upgrade was underway. I noticed spelling errors in the message and immediately realized it was not legitimate. I powered off completely to stop the potential threat. My computer was unaffected but I wanted to alert HP & the HP community.
