On my laptop, I have set a BIOS Admin password and enabled the Automatic DriveLock feature for the internal SSD.

So far I understood that BIOS will manage both ATA passwords, the master password and a random user password.

However, in case the laptop mainboard dies and the internal SSD needs to be swapped to another computer, how could the data then be accessed? As described above, the Admin password of the original laptop is known, however not what BIOS configures as drive passwords when using Automatic DriveLock.
