Product: HP ZBook 15 G4 Base Model Mobile Workstation

Hello, 

I have downloaded sp88497 and have executed the setup wizard successfully. However when trying to open the .exe file a window pops up and closes in a fraction of a second. When trying to execute the BiosConfigUtility64.exe via the cmd I get nothing.

You can post a screenshot of your command prompt operations. Also, tell us what you are trying to do with the BCU.
