Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Envy x360 15 stopped working when I tried turning it on. I press the power button to boot it up, but the screen stays black and the caps lock blinks 5 long and 3 short. I've tried power resetting by turning it off, unplugging everything, holding the button for 10 s, reconnecting the AC cord, and powering again, but the screen is still black and I get the same error. I've tried disassembling the laptop and disconnecting the battery holding the button for 30 s, and reconnecting, and that didn't work. I've held the Windows + B button but the screen is still black but the caps lock also stops blinking then, and I've tried downloading BIOS on a usb and connecting it to my laptop but it still doesn't turn on. Is it a hardware issue at this point? What do I have to replace?
