@ali313101, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It sounds like you're dealing with a system issue, but let's try to troubleshoot this without going straight to a full Windows format. Here's a systematic approach to help resolve the problem:
Hard Reboot the System
Disconnect all peripherals (external hard drives, USB devices, etc.).
Turn off the laptop completely and remove the power cable (if plugged in).
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to drain residual power from the system.
Plug it back in and try to power it on again.
Check BIOS Settings
It seems like you're encountering issues related to a firmware update. Here's what you can do:
Enter BIOS: Turn on the laptop and immediately press the ESC key or F10 to enter the BIOS/UEFI setup.
Reset BIOS to Default: In the BIOS menu, look for an option like "Load Default Settings" or "Restore Defaults" and confirm it.
Exit and Save Changes: Save the changes and exit BIOS, then try restarting your laptop to see if it can boot properly.
Try System Recovery Options
Since the firmware update seems to be stuck, you can try the system recovery options:
Recovery Mode (Windows 11): Power on your laptop, and as soon as the HP logo appears, force a shutdown by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Repeat this process 3 times until you see the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen.
Once in recovery mode, select Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thanks for help.I got in thanks to F9. There, I pressed F9 again and selected "Load system defaults". Then I chose "Enter – Save changes and exit", but it didn't help at all. The second solution doesn't work either because the HP logo doesn't show up. Now when I press Windows + B, I get a "502 Invalid Configuration" error. I don’t know what to do next.
