Product: Hp EliteBook Folio 9480m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i try to access BIOS SETUP all i see is "User ID: BIOS Administrator Enter Password" and below this, in a grey font "Audible alerts: DISABLED Press F5 to enable". After 3 tries, I can see on screen keyboard, after next one laptop is locked and I need to restart it.

Please i need assistance
