Dear,
I need help for my HP 6450b ProBook. I forget my BIOS admin password. My Serial is: CNU0472DP5
Please help me too and send me the SMC.bin download link to my mail adress. I need also a How To for this.

Hi:
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.
That was the only way it could be done.
Removing the CMOS battery will not clear the P/W.

Also the forum rules were amended on 1 March 2019, which no longer allow us to help with removing passwords.
Rule 4.d...
d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
