Hello, I have a problem after updating the BIOS; I have a black screen, and unfortunately, I can't start it in any way. The Caps Lock isn't blinking, and there's nothing happening on the screen. I've tried all the methods I found on the internet, like Win + B, Esc, etc., but nothing worked. Can you help me somehow?

Hi @CTRL2,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop.
Follow the below steps to fix the issue.
-Perform a power drain on your PC.
1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.
2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.
5) Power on the PC and check if it boots into Windows now.
-Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.

not as I wrote, I checked all the guides available on the HP and YT websites. I also checked the power supply on the battery, it is 3v, as it should be, the current to the motherboard disk and the display as well. the only effect I get is that the fans work, the disk starts, the screen goes completely black. Is there any way to boot from USB? or repairing the UEFI itself, I suspect there may be a problem here and it is not able to boot the disk or PC peripherals
lub utworzenie dysku MBR ?

Hi @CTRL2,
I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much.
Follow the below steps to access the startup menu.
1) Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.(Wait for few seconds post releasing the power button)
2) Turn on the computer and immediately press esc repeatedly, about once every second. if youa re able to access the startup menu.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link to perform a recovery and let me know if that resolves the issue.
