I have an HP 240 G7 notebook and I need to update my bios to improve the machine's performance, it currently has version F21, the factory version, and I've been trying to install new versions of it for at least a year, on the device's support website There are 3 main bios options, I've tried all versions, the update button is greyed out, and when trying to install via USB, clicking win + b + power button, I get the message that my bios is corrupted, no effective results, and knowing that the next version after F21 is F22, I tried to install it, but I discovered a flaw in your website's support system, the F22 version does not start, therefore, your support system has some failure, In this specific version, I will leave all the necessary information below, from computer information, to error messages and everything else.
Thank you, I've been trying to contact your support for at least 2 months, you deleted my support post and deleted my account completely, as if I had never communicated before...
