HP Recommended
Product: Pavillian Laptop model 15Z-CD000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HELP....PLEASE. I went to the HP Website and downloaded a Bios Flash for my Laptop. After finished it rebooted and now all I get is a Black Screen with the power light on. Is this a recoverable problem? My experence would tell me know. But I need some guidance with this. If it is recoverable then how?
