I've just updated my laptop with the latest BIOS update (Firmware v F.13).
I change the "System Configuration" and Disabled the "Secure Boot" and was looking for the "Legacy Support" but unfortunately can't find it.
The purpose of changing the the System Configuration is to be able to boot from USB flash drive.
Your assistance to provide me the information would be great and appreciated.

I am having a different issue, but it does seem that if the UEFI BIOS for this computer had legacy support it would fix a variety of issues.
For the moment, this lack of support appears to cripple dual-booted setups at the very least.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Firstly, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
- To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon
.
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Just updated the BIOS as shown below information..
When I disabled bhe "Secure Boot", the "Legacy Support" is not available to support booting in the USB flash drive.
Below is the only available option to boot and did not detect the bootable USB flash drive.
How to configure to be able to boot from the bootable USB flash drive.
Your support is appreciated.

Thank you for posting back.
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
