Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs043tu

Hi All,

My laptop's locked with an "enter administrator password or power on password" message, and I'm unable to boot it.

I've tried the password generation sites out there, but none that I've found can generate a password for one that has a lock code starting with "i " (is there one out there?).

 

Could someone please help me with mine? My code is "i 72081471"
