Hello,
Unfortunately, the HP support community does not allow us to help you with your BIOS password. The only solution is to contact HP and, if necessary, contact them several times to complete your case.
Rules of Participation No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
Using BiosConfigUtility.exe (BCU) to Set a BIOS Administrator Password: https://support.hp.com/lt-en/document/c03161127.
I recommend that you get on Contact HP from your country or region.
The only solution HP will propose is to replace the system board to solve the BIOS password problem requested at computer startup.
For more information, please go to Forgotten or Lost BIOS Password.
Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
Best regards,

Thanks for your reply however i am a student and the only reason for me buying a second hand is the price I read a lot about the issue, of bios and the pain it has I was trying to reach out for a solution, I am not a tech guru but changing the board will be at a high price which I know I can not afford.
again thanks for the advice however it does not seem to solve the problem
