got serious problem.. my bios is blocked and its brand new. seller confirms he has never protected the bios menu ever, he has never even used the computer before. need help

Some manufacturers set default passwords for BIOS access. You can find this information in the motherboard's manual or on the manufacturer's website. It's worth checking if there's a default password that might work.
