I've been struggling to help a friend with his laptop he bought in 2017 for college. I'm looking to repair it and getting back into functioning state since he doesn't have enough money to buy a new one yet.
The problem is that I've not only reset the BIOS but it continually prompts me that the Administrator Password is incorrect at the end of this it provides a System Disabled "i 85808125".
I need to get into the BIOS to fix his operating system with a bootable USB drive. He doesn't have the financial luxury to pay for technical support. I believe this should be a two second fix.
