HP Stream 11 11-d011wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently wanted to get back into my old HP Stream laptop (trying to give it as a present to my mother) and found that it was locked with a power on password. I don't remember creating one, but I tried all the options I could think of, all of them incorrect. The product number is K3Y85UA#ABA and the serial number is[edit} Can someone please help me remove this or get past this in order to reset it? Thanks in advance for your help!

You should receive a halt code after entering wrong password 3 times. Post it here to get a passcode to get in.
