Product: HP ProBook 4530s Notebook PC

Hello, I purchased a laptop from a service center, and I have encountered an issue. I want to change the operating system to Windows, but there's a BIOS password set on my laptop, and the service center doesn't know the password. Is there any way to find out the BIOS password for my laptop here? After multiple password attempts, it simply prompts me to reboot the system without displaying any code. What should I do?

Hi:

 

Can you return the notebook to the service center for a refund?

 

There is nothing you can do to fix the problem other than to replace the motherboard.

 

There is no way to remove the BIOS P/W from a HP business class notebook.

Unfortunately not, too much time has passed, alas, then I will use what I have, apparently it’s not fate to reinstall Windows
