HP EliteBook 840 G2 Base Model Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

we have several HP EliteBook 840 G2 notebooks. Some point on some notebooks get a bios password, others not. Most of the problematic users leave our company, and left behind the password protected BIOS. One user is by our company now, but he isn't remember the password, and not remember, that he ever seted up a BIOS password. I think, some OS security settings or the HP Client Security softwer turned on the BIOS passwor. Is any possibility to remove the password (without soldering and chip programmer device) or automatically refres to the users actual password?
