Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my uncle gave me that laptop yesterday and i want to install linux. But problem is we don't know bios password. He said "This was my company and they don't want it anymore." I tried unplug bios battery and i saw "cmos reset bla bla" but password still alive  :(. How can i reset that password?(I Don't want to know company's bios password i just wanna change it)

So Cmos reset successfully but password still up.
